Great Product Great Company
Thank you so much with responding to my email by sending me a new pair of reading glass. Have been a customer of ThinOptics for many years have always taken good care of me when my glasses break by sending me a replacement pair free of charge. So many of my friends have seen me with the readers, and they were impressed. I love my readers and would not leave home without them.

Exceptional Customer Service
The items I received in my order were not what I thought I ordered. I expressed my concern via email. They ended up sending the additional items I thought were included in my order at no extra cost. Kudos to you ThinOptics for making my shopping experience one that will send me back to your website and refer others.

Thank you so much with responding to my email by sending me a new pair of readers. I've been doing business with your company for as long as I can remember and you have always taken good care of me when my glasses break by sending me a replacement pair free of charge. So many of my friends have seen me unfold the readers, and the next thing out of the mouth was, I want those. I love my readers and would not leave home without them.
