Like always Thinoptics acted on my request promptly…. Absolutely a delight to receive such a fabulous customer experience…. Have been using readers for long and also prompted many to order for themselves simply by demonstrating the ease of carrying them around and pull them out when you need them the most

I ordered glasses with the wrong…
I ordered glasses with the wrong magnification and didn't realise until they were delivered. When I reached out to ThinOptics they immediately organised the shipment of the correct ones and did not even require me to return the incorrect ones, instead suggesting I donate then to any other worthy person.

best customer service
emailed because the nose guards had fallen off several sets of readers and just received new"readers" as replacements. The readers are clearer than most otc glasses that I buy and the customer service is extraordinary. Thank you Thin Opics, my husband and I recommend your products to everyone as often as possible. We have been customers for many years.
