Best product and customer service …
Best product and customer service anyone could ask for. Have many of their products and have used customer service two times over the years. One for a problem with the nose piece. (Which they changed quite awhile back) and the other time about scratches I was getting on one of my glasses from taking them in and out of the case repeatedly. In both instances I never asked for a replacement, just had a question, and both times they immediately sent me a replacement. Amazing!

Love the key chain readers
Love the key chain readers. I'll never leave with out my glasses now. They're pretty comfortable and stay on by themselves. I plan to buy these as gifts for my friends

satisfied overseas long-time customer
I am an overseas customer since 5-6 years, and due to some little mishap with the key ring, my glasses broke. This happened only twice in all that time, and in both cases, under its life-long guarantee, Thinoptics replaced the glasses for free. The first time they sent the new set overseas, and without postage charges, although free postage doesn't fall under its guarantee policy; and once within the USA itself, although usually it can only be sent to the same (in this case overseas) address. All correspondence was very prompt, friendly and client-oriented, and I was and am very satisfied with Thinoptics products and services. The rather long time between the service and my review is due to my travels since that time.

I made a mistake in my order
I made a mistake in my order, which I asked to exchange, the company simply sent me the correct size without additional payment and without having to return what I already received (I ordered the wrong size) amazing customer service thank you

I love these reading glasses
I love these reading glasses. I bought four because I like to have backups at home and in the office. It always starts a great conversation when people get amazed by me pulling out my readers from my phone.
