Great customer service!!!

Love the service, nice product and good deals.

Jake was very informative and helpful and for that reason I gave a 4 but the policy change is a slap in the face so I give the Company a 1. When I purchased thin optics originally I was told replacements for life and we are not grandfathered. Disappointing- I don’t mind paying more but there should be some kind of discount. I love your glasses but the nose pieces always break - that is the problem. I am not losing them or breaking them- hence the problem. I love your product but it needs fixing. All in all I still give you 4.

Son un gran invento, ya nunca me quedo sin poder leer las letras pequeñas en el camino. Excelente garantía extendida. Mis lentes se rayaron con la funda pero me serán reemplazados pagando solo el envío. Muy buen servicio en el chat.

Es un producto muy útil, fácil de portar y de utilizar. Deben mejorar en la durabilidad de la montura en la naríz

I can't yet say how the glasses are. They seem like they will be convenient and lightweight. I was sent the incorrect item (too strong for me to use) by accident but the company has been very helpful and is sending me the correct pair. I have prescription glasses so these will just be to keep on hand for reading menus and what not while I'm out.

Got my ThinOptics in last week of December last year. Delivery was quick and they very convenient and handy to keep with me by attaching it with my phone. Though I use them as emergency glasses when don’t have my regular glasses with me while I am not home or when I am lazy to get my glasses to use my phone. Only problem is that one of the nose support was broken within few weeks and not sure if that is covered in warranty.
