ThinOptics is my #1 Reader
ThinOptics is not only a great product, but it has excellent customer service. I have been using the readers for over 10 years and their small size and convenience makes losing them a non-issue because I can store them right on the back of my phone. And when I needed to reference the warranty, Miguel in customer service was happy to help. Love ThinOptics!

Customer service a priority
Rhea was incredibly helpful in obtaining my readers after multiple attempts to not be able to process my payment. Thankfully not only could she help but provided a discount on the price for my inconvenience. This store has some of the best assortment of readers as well as a client service team to assist you

Have Qty 5 different pairs of glasses…
Have Qty 5 different pairs of glasses from ThinOptic’s. Experienced a minor hinge issue with my sunglasses. Contacted customer support and they were very responsive and offered to correct the issue without question. The sign of a great product is not the product but how support responds to customer concerns. A+ experience!

What an awesome company
What an awesome company, I called the customer service team to let them know that the phone case I received did not fit my iPhone model. On the other end of the line was a special person named Rhea, she made my day, she said, no worries Mr. Turner, I am going to send you the Univeral Pod for your glasses, it works on any cell phone case and without missing a beat, she says, at no cost to you, simply for being a customer of Thin Optics. Now that's what I call great customer service, I made the mistake and she made it right. Wow!!!

ThinOptics is a wonderful company with unique products
My wife has two pairs of readers and one pair of sunglasses from ThinOptics. She absolutely loves them. It was easy for her to select what she was looking for because the website is well organized and gives detailed descriptions. She particular likes the readers that come with a totally flat case, a unique feature because they take hardly any space in her purse. Unfortunately as she was putting on one of her reading glasses, the arm of one of them simply snapped and broke. I immediately contacted Customer Service via email. The next day I received an email saying that a free replacement pair was being shipped. How is that for customer service? Nowadays, such excellence is rare. Obviously, ThinOptics cares about its customers. Great products and great customer service make for a winning combination.
