Great glasses that I attached to my mobile phone to have them available at all time. Unfortunately the nose pieces fall off within a few weeks, no big problem since it is possible to polish off the sharp edges on the plastic frames an continue to use w/o nose pieces. Unfortunately the metal string that holds the left and right half's of the glasses together will snap after about 1 year of use, then it is time to buy new glasses. A couple of weaknesses, but I keep buying them. Time for my 4th pair now.

These are very convenient but the nose pads are very fragile....I have bought 6 pairs and 5 of the nose pads are broken

I bought my original pair through Ebay and registered for the free replacement program. My TO broke at the bridge, and I successfully received a replacement pair. Now, the same thing has happened, and I the darn replacement page is broken (as others have stated). I called them but of course had to leave a message. In reviewing others experiences, I will probably have a hard time having them get back to me, much less order another pair under the "Free Lifetime Warranty" program. I wish there was another alternative that has better customer service. The product is good, though, except for the bridge issue.

It’s five stars for the product and 0 for service. I absolutely loved these glasses, bought 3 pairs from them when they first came out, have a number of friends that bought them on my recommendation. Three stars are because the nose piece of my favourite pair broke (always kept in the case), I sent them a photo almost a month ago, didn’t get any reply. Stand by your warranty or don’t give them. Very very disappointed.

Paid $10 for the delivery of my "free" replacement. One month later (!!) tracking number just disappeared from DHL site. No responses by eMail. Totally unacceptable. Update: Finally they resent the package. I received it today. Thank you.

I ordered four pair of Thin Optics with the hard case and received them in late March, 2017. I was very happy with the purchase, and of course had to show them to everyone who asked what I was wearing. The convenience of having eyeware close by in a hard case was awesome. However, within a year all four pair had the nose pads fall off. I called and had to leave a message asking for warranty service. I also e-mailed and was warned of "delays". This is what delay means: my initial e-mail was sent May 27, 2018, the first reply was received June 13, 2018. Zasquia of the customer support team was very apologetic. Despite attaching the receipt for four (4) pair, she asked for the the color, strength etc. I responded on June 15th with the information. Zasquia responded June 22nd saying "as a courtesy" (never mind the warranty) my order was processed with 24-48 hour shipping time followed by 3-5 day delivery. I received my package on June 28 which contained one (1) replacement. I am disappointed that Zasquia apparently did not understand "the thin optics ordered on the attached receipt have failed" meant all four pair. Ironically, Thin Optics sent an e-mail asking if I am satisfied or not satisified with the customer service the same day as Zasquia's last e-mail. I decided to wait and see before I made a decision. I attempted to respond today (June 28), and received a window saying the survey was closed. I love the convenience of the product. The design is obviously poor as multiple people have expressed the same failure. The lifetime warranty makes it tolerable, but you must have patience with "the always with you" customer support team.

Just everyone else, I'm having difficulty requesting for a replacement, both on the website and calling the customer service number. It's a great product and I don't request replacements often (I think it's been a year since the last replacement) but this behavior is also making me think the company's in hot water. I ordered the glasses with the iphone case and i've gotten so used to it.
