Takes a Village sometimes
The multiple people texting me were knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I received 2 videos showing me how to clean and put my glasses in the case correctly. So far they are not scratched. YYEEAA

Lost thin optics
My Thin Optics fell out of the key chain holder and were lost shortly after my initial purchase. I sent an email asking about a warranty and I was immediately sent a replacement pair... Nice job and thank you. I appreciate the speedy response.

I love these.
I love these, but I wish I got get a little stronger Rx, 2.75. If possible, can you inform me how to get this?

I had broken my case to my reading…
I had broken my case to my reading glasses and could not find a replacement case on the thin optics website so I called customer support actually I emailed customer support and they got back to me within 24 hours with the exact link I needed to pick up the case for my reader glasses. The customer support was excellent and I love their products.

Thinoptics are a MUST HAVE!!!
Love my thinoptics!! I bought the keychain pair and I love how compact they are. Able to fit in a pocket or small bag when going to a wedding or out to dinner!

Great Products, Great Customer Service
