Outstanding!
I have had TO readers for many years. Think I bought my first pair maybe 2012? and I loved having readers on hand wherever I was. I think I was TOs best unpaid salesperson! So many of my friends bought them and have them on their fones too! When I got new fones I just heat the case with a hair dryer and pry it off. Stick it to new fone with double sided tape. And TO customer services are superb! If u ever have an issue, just use their contact and let them know.

Great Customer Service
I see a lot of people complaining about customer service. I had a different experience. I inadvertently ordered glasses of the incorrect strength. When I discovered my error, I wrote to ThinOptics. Although I wrote to them after the 30-day return policy period, they asked me what strength I meant to order, sent me a new pair, and told me to keep the ones I ordered to gift to someone else. They suggested I might give them to a veterans center. The response was prompt and helpful. I love my ThinOptics and will continue to purchase them as I need new readers.

Amazing Service and Product
I was blown away by the amazing customer service I received! They resolved my concern quickly and provided a replacement in no time. I love this product because it's so convenient—I can take it anywhere in my pocket.

They make it easy to return their product if necessary...wonderful people. I have been using their products for four years and I would bet that 50 people have not only complimented me on the style, but have ordered their own!

I’m a big fan of the readers
I’m a big fan of the readers. I ordered in the buy one get one free campaign but by mistake the free one didn’t get added. Yohanna from Customer promptly fixed the issue and sent one free. Thank you.

ThinOPTICS goes above and beyond
ThinOPTICS goes above and beyond, not only in the quality of their products but also in their customer service. I ordered three different types of reading glasses and one pair of sunglasses. The reading glasses are incredibly light and comfortable to wear. However, I encountered a couple of issues with the sunglasses. One of the legs is too loose, and the sunglasses do not fit properly in the case, preventing it from closing fully. Ian from customer service kindly sent me a replacement, which I haven't received yet. He was very polite in his email and addressed the issue right away. I highly recommend ThinOPTICS!
