Love these glasses
I inquired about getting a pair of ThinOptics replaced. There customer service (Ian) was very helpful and made the whole experiance very pleasent and productive. I have just purchased my third pair since 2012. I don't always need reading glasses depending on print size and lighting. Now, as I get older these glasses are with me all the time.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service when there was an issue with my order, sorted immediately. Love this product use them all the time and highly recommend them to everyone. All my friends now use them.

Excellent customer service
My first pair of Thinoptics traveled the world with me, I wore them everywhere and recovered them from places they should not of been. Over time I wore them out, my wife brought another pair. Happy to have my freedom and sight back I was off, unfortunately had a break in the nose piece, disappointed I contacted your company and was delighted by the speed and user friendly customer service (1st class a example for the rest of the world). An amazing product
An amazing product, I love the simplicity and the quality. Really good customer service, have sorted all issues which were my fault quickly and free of charge. What more do I need to say apart from well done Thinoptics for nailing it 🤙.
