I'd give you a 5 star except that the…
I'd give you a 5 star except that the color yellow shown in your preorder sample is so much brighter than what you get with the actual glasses. The yellow is almost non-existent. Not bad but not what was described. I like to get what I order. Otherwise I LOVE THESE GLASSES! Light and stylish and fairly priced. I'll be back for more.

I never received my glasses
I never received my glasses, contacted support and they are sending out a new pair. It took a week but this time its signature confirmation so i am sure i’ll get them.

Great Product Idea, But Needs Some Improvement
Great product idea! I love the convenience. I have used Thin Optics readers for 3 years. The one complaint that I have is that the lenses are prone to scratching. I'm on my third pair because the first two pairs were distracting to read through because of excessive scratching. I'll probable buy a 4th pair, I just wish they were more durable.

Appreciate you sharing that. Three pairs in three years says a lot about both the convenience and the pain point. Scratching is definitely something we’re taking seriously. We’re actively testing more durable lens materials and coatings to improve scratch resistance without adding bulk.

Good service
Well, I really appreciate that youalways replace my specs free of cost when they break. This latest pair on order is taking a helluva long time to arrive, but I guess you've got a few problems over there. WA.

Satisfied Long-Term User
I'm a long-term user of most of the Thin Optics products; Manhattan Full Frames(Home), Armless Readers(Travel) and the Mountain View Sunglasses. Having the Black MagSafe Pod Case attached to my Android phone, is a welcome, necessary and convenient tool. The warranty help and customer service is extraordinary! Very satisfied!!!

your website is easy to use
your website is easy to use. The order process is easy to go through. The only thing I have a concern with is the last order I had made one of the lenses. The nose piece broke on it. within a few days.
