While selecting the cases for the…
While selecting the cases for the lenses, the lens prescription changed from 2.0 to 1.5 without me seeing it. The cases that I thought I was buying for the lenses turned out not to be the ones that I thought they were so the old order had to be returned. I am still waiting for my replacement order

The Brooklyns sit very lose on my face
The Brooklyns sit very lose on my face. They kinda slip and slide and aren't comfortable to wear. Also there is etching in the glass at the top of the left lense! I can barely see it, but it's there and is very distracting! I wish I hadn't bought 3 pair. I had high hopes for these. Regrets.

Not a Wise Purchase.
Glasses fit too loose and there’s no way to adjust them so they don’t literally slide down my nose and off my face. This has happened twice so far so they are useless to me. Good money spent on a bad product of poor quality.

The glasses are nice thin and sleek…
The glasses are nice thin and sleek however, there's lot of reflection of day light that makes it difficult to read and effecting the eyes. I would return them for refund.

Bought 4 new replacement specs for back…
Bought 4 new replacement specs for back of iPhone and the magnetic sleeve, good idea but I lost 2 sets immediately as it does not hold them as well as the old sleeve with sticky pad. I replace these a few times a year when that get a bit scratched

somewhat disappointed
They helped me see as advertised however they did not comfortably or securely stay on my face. Kept popping off it rolling over on my nose. They only fit in the key case one way; I had to be certain to fold a specific lens over the other. I couldn't move much, talk, out chew without them coming off immediately. Maybe they are made for my nose. Despite the convenience of the thin optics key case, I went back to carrying regular readers everywhere.

The glasses were missing their case
The glasses were missing their case. I just bought a-pair a month ago that came with case and were perfect. As a result of no case, this pair arrived crooked and i have been unable to adjust them to fit correctly. The hinges at the temples are even crooked and therefore stiff and so when opened and closed they pull the glasses further off center

Fabulous service delivery in terms of…
Fabulous service delivery in terms of delivery speed, security, product quality, and long term support. I believed that I was also accessing your special deal which was 3 pairs of glasses for the price of two. However, on delivery one pair( green frame ) had disppeared and I only received two pairs by mail. Otherwise, I still continue to applaud your products to friends who go onto purchase. Well done.
