I ordered from ThinOptics Dec
I ordered from ThinOptics Dec. 2nd, and received a confirmation email saying they received my payment, but never got a shipment email. They did accept my payment and money was taken from my account so I know the order was received, but that is the last I've heard from them. I have sent 3 emails and 4 phone calls over the past 2 weeks and have not heard back from them. I will NEVER order from them again. It is now Dec. 21st and I can't even get ahold of them to cancel my order.

NO customer service
NO customer service. I placed an order over one month ago. I received an acknowledgement and order number. I have never received the order and have emailed Thin Optics multiple times and have yet to receive any response. I have ordered from them in the past with no problems but this is unacceptable.

Horrible customer service
I was a good customer and made an order a month ago and have still not received anything, I opened a case and it has been 6 days and no one has gotten back to me. If I don’t here back from someone in the next few days I will dispute the charge and make sure I never recommend this company to anyone.

This has been the worst customer…
This has been the worst customer service experience ever. I placed an order and had not received a shipping confirmation in the time period they said I should. Waited a few days and contacted via email and received an automated (?) response stating they were receiving a high volume of calls and emails. Waited another 2 days and contacted asking to cancel my order. Received the exact same email regarding the large volume of emails. Not even remotely helpful.

Been trying for weeks to log in to get…
Been trying for weeks to log in to get a pair of replacement glasses with no luck at all. Customer service used to be excellent. What happened???

Thinoptics is now a fraud?
I have ordered their new line of glasses almost about a month ago, but have not seen any shipping updates at all. Emails have gone unanswered, and I have second thoughts of canceling the transaction. Anybody else has had this similar experience? Maybe if we all canceled our transactions, they would start to listen. Or maybe it's a fraught website ?

Good product Impossible replacement
Good product, poor website support, nose pads fell off an have tried to get a replacement through their website for three days. Now I see The website has been having problems for over a month maybe they should hire someone in IT. Going to try NOOS.
