My wife and I both use thin optics. We both love the product. I have had to order replacements and have had no issues with getting them in a timely manner. Closest thing to an issue I have had is a glitch on line when ordering replacements. It was telling me only can get 1 pair every 30 days and I had not ordered recently(well beyond 30 days). I called the customer service number and was taken care of quickly.

I have many pair of ThinOptics I keep a pair ay each of my work or reading spaces, carry a pair in my pocket and a pair in my car.

My initial review was one star but the company has since been in touch to let me know that my order has been shipped. It took awhile, but I finally received my glasses. They are delicate little things, but if you treat them well they will serve you well. The nose grip holds really well even when I'm a bit sweaty. The case/dinpensing system is ingenious when operated with a bit of tenderness. Keep in mind that these are for occasional use when you can't get to your normal reading glasses. They are not intended for constant use. Just be gentle with them and they'll serve you well.

I like some people on here, my experience with ThinOptics has been exemplary. I love the glasses as they do their job and fold away in a very small container. Like some other reviewers, I have had two pair break, but the daily use that they get, put a strain on any folding glasses. Each of mine lasted about 1.5 to 2 years....much better than any folding glasses that I have used (I have been a user of folding glasses since 2002). My two pair were replaced under the lifetime warranty, that was available when I first purchased them. As for customer service, the first time I went for replacement under warranty, I handled it online. I found their website easy to use and promptly received my replacement. The second time that they broke, I was traveling and just called. I was taken care of by a young lady named Ann. ThinOptics should give her special recognition as her customer handling skills are great. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to ensure that the company knows what a valuable asset they have in Ann. She was courteous, efficient, and a pleasure to do business with. It is people like her that make a company what it is. I would not hesitate to recommend Thinoptics based on my experience with the product, based on my experience with Ann, I would give the co Pant the highest rating of all of my online purchases. Sairah was a delight to work with and met all my expectations. I purchased ThinOptic Glasses about 4 year ago and had them replaced a year plus ago.
