I have had such good luck with ThinOptics. I have two addresses so sometimes I have to correct them before they send something to the wrong address...I was two slow one time, I had put the correct address but mistakes happen...they sent me my order again to the correct address and let me keep the mistake. Every time that I have needed anything from them...from information to product/address corrections...they have been on it and helped to the maximum degree including follow-up. To always have reading glasses without having to carry regular ones is absolutely wonderful when I leave the house.

I have been used them for a while, so I have experience the improvements along time, and the last one on nostrils works very well. I think the customer support service is a great part of it, every time I have contact them, my questions have been solve and my replacements arrive!!, thanks so much guys!! you 're very kind!!

sadly lost my first pair i got a couple of years ago, when i went to buy a repayment pair Jake was very helpful and located what strength I ordered first time. They have done me a great deal so ive ordered another pair of glasses to keep in the car.

My Thin Optics fell out of the case that was attached to my cell phone and I planned to order another pair when I remembered the life time warranty. I went on line and Jake helped me thru the process while on line chatting. I cannot wait to get the replacement in the mail. I have quit carrying other readers with me because I carry a small purse and they are too bulky but the thin optics have been so convenient and do not take up any additional space in my very small purse.

Never have I received quicker, more efficient service in any type of business, even when I had a problem with the website the person at the "chat" window fixed everything. I appreciate not only that my glasses will be replaced, but that it is virtually painless to do so!
