Thin Optics Customer Service is Top Notch!
Miguel and the team of customer service reps at Thin Optics are always great...I measure it on fast, friendly and available...They meet that every time. Great service for a great product.

I am thrilled
After seeing these glasses I decided I needed to order them for myself. I did have some trouble placing an order on line but quickly went onto the Chat and I was given the number to place the order by phone. After less than 30 seconds on hold I was greeted by a lovely person named Ann. She apologized for the trouble I was having online and placed my order without any issues. She was patient and courteous and suggested that since I was getting a wonderful discount I might want to consider getting a pair for someone else!! Which I did. Thank you Ann. You were great to deal with.

This is a shout out for the customer…
This is a shout out for the customer care team and Milki. I travel a lot and find convenience ThinOptics (that ride on my cell phone case) a lifesaver when needed to read a plane ticket or a message on which gate I am being picked up. Recently I lost my last backup backup pair and message the care team. Milki picked up the email and researched my past orders prepared and shipped a replacement and followed up with a confirmation and thank you - not once but twice. Amazing product backed by and Amazing team. Thank you

This product is the best thing ever!!
This product is the best thing ever. I have a pair attached to my phone, 2 tablets, & a keychain on my purse. I am never without them! Customer service is fast, responsive, & AMAZING. Great company, great product.

ThinOptics is a lifesaver!
I purchased my first pair of ThinOptics in 2017, along with the stick-on case. They are a lifesaver! I no longer have to carry my readers AND my phone. I just have my phone! Whenever I put them on everyone unfamiliar with ThinOptics (and there are many), they always ask me about them and I do my own sales pitch. Thank you, ThinOptics!
