Rose with customer service was…
Rose with customer service was outstanding. She made the replacing of a new pair of ThinOptics seamless. I felt like I was chatting with a friend and someone who wanted to help and not make things difficult. My husband and I have been huge fans of ThinOptics for years. We are at a point where we don't know how we lived without them.

Мне нравится покупать тонкие очки для чтения. Жаль, что перемычка ломается примерно через год активного использования. Но теперь я покупаю с запасом. Работайте дальше над надежностью, а в остальном я полностью доволен!

New Design
i bought the reader quite sometimes, and unfortunately broken on nose side. i know this a lifetime warranty, but to Indonesia? i send an email, and voila, the next day Ian reply clearly explain . yes, it explain to pay US$ 10 (ouch), but when i enter the code, it become US$ 0,01. and entitled to 1 replacement every 6 months if needed i received in 20 working days, and impress with the new design.
