Great Customer Service
After receiving my Manhattan glasses, I decided to exchange them for the Brooklyn style. Jake was very helpful in verifying my return and also brought me up to date on the status of my replacement. The assistance was immediate and an easy experience for the consumer. Great company!

Highly Recommend This Brand and Company
I’ve been purchasing Thin Optics for years and absolutely love the design and how they are so lightweight. The customer service here is optimal and really top notch. You have a customer for life, because I just purchase more and more. I have the frontline for computer, two different strengths, I have the Suns, I have the keychain the phone adherence pack, etc, etc...

Best Customer service EVER
Best Customer service EVER! Never a long wait to chat with someone, always nice and friendly! Can't recommend ThinOptics enough! I will continue to tell my family and friends. I have counted over 20 people who I know have purchased from you after referring them! They all love you guys also!

Best customer service I have ever…
Best customer service I have ever experienced with an I.M. format!!!! Jake was patient and he spoon-fed me how to move from one section to the other. Bright people work here.
