I had lost my Thin Optics and wanted to replace them. When I saw I could receive a discount I thought this would be a good time. Unfortunately when I ordered them I didn’t include the discount code. I wrote to to explain my mistake and was immediately assured I would receive the discount. I mentioned I was a health care worker (RN) and to my surprise was offered another pair. Thank you Thin Optics!!!

I ordered a replacement for my ThinOptics, and since the color I wanted was out of stock, they offered to send an other color, but I decided to wait until it was back in stock! They sent my new pair faster than they have said! Great customer service!!! Love My ThinOptics, I recommend them every chance I get!!!!!

ThinOptics on the back of my phone are the best and most convenient glasses ever. Unfortunately mine snapped on the bridge and Customer Service took care of a replacement without issue. Thank you.

One of the two pair I originally bought broke at the nose and I was so pleased that they replaced them...that I bought an additional pair. These are oh so handy!! Their customer service is tops!

These are so great! I never have to go searching for my glasses any more. I don't have to carry an extra pair of readers to the store or restaurant, because I have them right in my smart phone. Because they are so flexible, they don't break like regular glasses. I totally love this invention.

I had an issue with the coupon code not working from an email I had received the morning I ordered. I sent an email explaining the problem with my order details attached. These guys are awesome. The products work exactly as advertised and are super convenient. I've had two or three replacements and never had a hassle and the glasses arrived very quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing cheaters like I do.

Ordered originally off of Amazon and received the wrong item. Contacted ThinOptics' support and they resolved the issue and sent me the correct item promptly. Greatly appreciate that level of service. Oh, and this is my second set, great product.
