I ordered a pair of readers to give as a gift & the tracking info showed it was delivered but I never received the package. When I contacted the shipping company they said to contact the company I ordered from. I called Thin Optics & Ann was kind & helpful. Please thank her.

Both Ann and Angel are excellent custome service reps. They listened, and went into action to solve my issues with pleasnt personalities, and professional attitudes. I wanted to purchase flash card cases because I needed to secure my thin optics glasses and really needed sturdy cases, Angel got right to it and made the day. In addition I need to replace a broken pair and Ann did a stellar job of getting that done as well. I love your product! I have at least 8 pair stashed on my bicycle, motor scooter, golf cart, automobile, gym bag and around the house!

first off this is the first pair of thim optics that i have. i purchased the computer glasses and was trying to adjust them and i snapped them in half. totally my fault. i contacted thin optics and within two minutes the young sending me a complete free pair. i do like them and the thinness is great for carrying. thanks again

ThinOptics are the best. Their products are excellent and their customer service is beyond brilliant. I live in Australia and ordered the incorrect iPhone case for my phone. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Miguel in regard to an issue I had with my thin optics. Miguel was patient and informed in regard to communicating with me for a resolution. He followed up with me until we were able to reach a resolution that was satisfactory. I wish every company had this level of customer service. His diligence in communicating with me to help me resolve the issue I reported was something you dont see in many companies.
