One of the lenses fell out and was lost from my wife's sunglasses. I submitted a request and then followed up with Jake on the ThinOptics chat line. Jake was wonderful and is having my wife's sunglasses replaced. Couldn't ask for a better outcome. Thanks Jake and ThinOptics!

I absolutely love these glasses. Having them attached to my phone so that I always have glasses is amazing. The glasses are very well made and quite stylish. The case broke, so I reached out to customer service. Miguel, the rep I worked with, asked me to send a picture of the case. I did and just like that, they are sending me a new one! I’m so impressed all the way around.

My favorite pair of Thin Optics broke in half. I was so upset because I absolutely love them. I spoke with Bernard in customer service who is awesome!!! He was so helpful and kind. He offered me a replacement pair free of charge. I also ordered an additional pair so I have 2. That is how much I love my Thin Optics!!! I recommend them to every one I know.
