called , because i had a one pair of my glasses broke off in the middle and needed a replacement. Called and a suooort person, named ANGEL, was very friendly and helpful. Gave her all the info she needed to know, ,spoke to me on the phone and informed me that she will send out a replacement ASAP, as long as i send a picture off what was wrong , which i did. No questions ask, good support,and even received a email to confirm that is was being shipped ASAP. What more can you ask for, never has any company responds this fast!!!! Since this glasses were 3 yrs., i never expected this would still be covered and even with the price , i really could off just went and got another pair somewhere. Very good company policy and warranty. Love the case it comes with that i stick on back of my cell case, and i always using it and it has become a habit to use my Optics all the time.

I love the thin reading glasses. I have been using the Brooklyn reading glasses with the ultra-thin case. ThinOptics has provided great service, by replacing the case since the hinges broke (although with the magnets the case kept working). I am very rough on things in my pocket, but the glasses never have had a problem. I fully recommend them!

I love the keychain readers very much, I have them always with me. Unfortunately it broke. Through the chat support Thinoptics sent me a new reader, great!
