ThinOptics stands behind his brand! I recently had an issue with my ThinOptics (could not get them out of the keychain case, AND could not find my receipt) I wrote to customer service, explained the situation, and without question they are sending a replacement. I am so grateful for this outstanding customer service and will recommend them to everyone! whenever I wear my glasses people always ask. Now I will happily refer friends, family, and sometimes strangers to ThinOptics.
