I have been using ThinOptics readers for a number of years, starting with my first 1.5 readers and now after "several" years I am enjoying the convenience and effectiveness of my 2.5 readers. The products have always met my expectations but so as the customer service. I made a recent order and made a mistake in the strength of the reader and they were willing and able to correct the order, something that many companies would not do. I will continue to be a VERY satisfied ThinOptics customer.

Product quality is very good, I have them attached to my cell phone so always handy for any use and I have used for several years. The only issue is the thinoptics cover slip that accumulates dirt/dust and can cause some scratches to the glasses.

Over time I have purchased several pairs of the thin Optics clip on (different colors and dioptres). They are always with me (I have them attached to my cell phone). The glasses are very light and so comfortable. The customer service is outstanding. Accidentally a pair broke and ThinOptics has agreed to send me another pair at no cost to me. I was very impressed. I have told several people how to order them. They are so comfortable. The customer service is outstanding.
