My prior 2 experiences with the company were fine. Nothing noteworthy good or bad. My most recent order was placed 05/JUL/2026, charged on the 6th, and I received a UPS tracking email on the 7th. After a week, the tracking still showed that only the label had been created. I emailed on the 14th and 21st to get an updated status. Rep said they'd check with shipping and get me an update each time. On the 27th I asked it be escalated, as it had been 3 weeks since I was charged. The rep said the same thing. My package finally arrived 01/AUG/2026. UPS tracking shows they received the package on 27/JUL. I like the product, and their sales are a good price, but waiting nearly 4 weeks has put me off ordering from them in the future.

Bait and switch on pricing. Followed a Facebook ad for free sample, just pay shipping. My total was $9.97 after I unselected insurance. Well, it flashed through several screens after I hit OK and processed as $51.95. full price plus insurance. I called my bank and reported this as a fraudulent transaction and requested a new card. Do not give these people your card details.

I followed their Facebook link for their "free" 20-pack $9.99 promotion. I entered my address and cc#. I got a pop up thanking me for my purchase showing the receipt for $11.99 It asked me if I wanted to buy shipping insurance. I clicked "NO". Then the screen changed to another receipt for $55.99 informing me that the "free" offer was expired (I got it five minutes prior on a FB ad they posted today.) I immediately called my credit card to put a stop on the fraudulent charge. Then I did a Google search on the company. Apparently this is a scam they've been doing for a while. Plus people on the social media sites saying they are just candy and do NOT contain any THC. This is what I get for trusting them to not scam me. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

If there were 0 stars that would be more accurate. I made and order, paid full price, and never recieved anything. After multiple emails back and forth, they would do absolutely NOTHING about it. No new product sent, no money refunded. It wasnt my first order, and I liked the product previously. However, you may get it in weeks, it may take a couple months, or as I learned it may never come. If it never comes they will offer no help either. Avoid this company, there are so many others.

This company sells gummies. I take delta 9 gummies now for sleeping, and I saw their advertisement, and if they worked it would be a little cheaper for me. The gummies I got from Apollo are stronger then the ones I take, so I was nervous. My gummies work great, but the ones I got from Apollo, did absolutely nothing for me It's just a piece of candy....that's all. Please find another source than this company. Money back Guarantee....right...they won't even acknowledge me, let alone getting my money back.

I responded to an ad. Get thc9 blue razz gummies just pay postage. So I placed the order and waited. Several days passed. So I emailed the first of Several emails. Their response was they were having trouble with UPS and tracking. It turns out they never sent it or it was lost(I was told both, so I'm not sure). After about a month, they informed they were sending the order out. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong and unacceptable product. When informed of this I had to submit photographs as proof (which I did). And was told they would take care of it. After a couple more weeks, I emailed again because I had recieved nothing new( no emails, no package). Now I am told they no longer have the product and will refund the shipping cost but not the product I ordered. Sounds reasonable. But they are still selling the product and even have a new sale with regards to the very same product. Radio silence. No response of any kind.
