I really loved this studio.
I really loved this studio. (This is in relation to the in-person studio in Saint Augustine, FL.) I was visiting my mother for an extended visit, so I worked out here for a month. While I learned that hot yoga is not my thing, I really enjoyed all of them. The teachers are great, most especially Sarah and Lisa. The students had a *wide* range of skills, which was super fun, because I could learn from and be impressed by the very experienced folks, but the newer folks helped me feel like I could keep up.
