This is just not worth it. The clothes I received were not ones that I would ever wear. I hate the feel of polyester, and always have, while these did not have a natural fiber between them. I did not recognize the brand, Newton's First, but then I looked it up. It is owned by the same people as Winston Box, but you get charged less if you order it direct from Newton's First. Adding up the prices of the pieces I was sent does not even approach the cost of the box. No returns. Basically they buy the clothes from themselves at a very healthy markup. They have no resale value either.

Complete and total trash company. I have cancelled many times over, and they continue to send me items and charge my card, they claim my clothes were “ineligible for a return” but they kept them and did not issue a refund! They are thieves.

This sham of a company makes it difficult for you to cancel your subscription, there clothing is cheap, thin and not worth the premium price they charge. I’ve seen better clothing at Walmart. They also have horrible customer service they claimed I lied about trying to get into my account when I haven given proof I was unable to gain access. Instead of rectifying the isssue they expect you to just deal with the loss. Claiming it’s the subscribers fault. It’s never the subscribers fault when your website barely even loads countless password resets using the correct email, and never once got an email back to gain access to the account only when I complained and filed a claim with PayPal was even given a link, they manually pushed a reset link on the back end but claimed I was using the incorrect email as if I can’t see the initial emails from when I first signed up avoid this company by all cost

Their return/exchange policy is "send us an email so we can negotiate," but no one has ever responded. I want my money back. Don't give them yours.

Got 2 boxes, both were nothing but cheap athletic wear. I even got the same very low quality sweatpants in both boxes, just different colors.

Bought into the introductory offer of 4 items for $33.00. By the time you're done with shipping it's closer to $50.00. All clothes are cheap and made with synthetic material. Stretch clothes for all items. No natural fabrics such as cotton, wool and the like. The clothes you get are chosen by someone other than yourself, they have no shopping cart to order specific items. My 2nd order for the subscription was charged to my account for $95.00. I only knew this because I saw the charge in my account. No tracking information for my delivery. The only way they allow contact is via their website. No phone number listed. I've tried contacting them 4x already with no response. I will now have to potentially take legal action to get refunded.
