SearchIt
Didn't have good experience with the merchant
So this merchant installed our app. He had following three concerns and he decided to trash our app with his review. 1) He made changes in the admin and they didn't reflect in the storefront. 2) He emailed us and we took 6 hours to reply. 3) He had issues after uninstallation. I would like to answer all three of his concerns: 1) Sometimes browser caches old state and you need to do a hard refresh to see the new changes. We even mention it in the admin when you save anything. It looks like you didn't read it. 2) We were super busy and I don't think 6 hours is a long time to reply to an email. 3) When you install our app, we mention to uninstall it from SearchIt admin first to remove all SearchIt snippets from your email. You didn't do that. Right after your uninstallation, we even emailed you with instruction to remove SearchIt snippet manually from your store. We don't know what else we could have done!!!
