The hotel changed policies a month after I'd booked my stay without warning me - they removed breakfast and never told the guests who'd booked beforehand. They handed out $14 to be used at the pastry shop around the corner, which is simply ridiculous (industrial pastries don't make up for a fresh breakfast with lots of options). The worst part os that they never told anyone, because they new a lot of the guests would've cancelled the reservation (malicious intent). Aldo, the shower is super short (I had to crouch to bathe), the mattress is terrible and the room faced a massive wall with lots of loud AC units attached to it (impossible to sleep).

Small room with an A/C that wasn't working properly and several rude encounters with staff in person and on the phone. No discount was offered to us either. For the cost my girlfriend and I expected a much nicer experience.
