Exceptional Customer Service
I have ordered a couple times from this company. The first was for FR shirts, the size I ordered ended up being too big. The company’s exchange policy was simple. I sent them back for a smaller size and one of the designs was unavailable in the smaller size. Their customer service team reached out to me and let me pick a different design. Other companies would have either substituted it themselves or refunded for the one shirt they could not fulfill. The most recent order was placed this week for a good and lens combo. I realized after submitting the order that the design I wanted was not what was ordered/being shipped. I caught it before the package left the facility and reached out to see about exchanging it for the one I intended to order. They were able to get that exchange done and sent me both text and email updates along the way. I always dread dealing with customer service as it’s very rarely a smooth experience but The Welding Magician’s customer service is top tier. They go above and beyond to ensure their customers get exactly what they ordered. I am not a welder, my boyfriend is and both these orders are for him. He has worn the shirts religiously to work since I bought them and is very excited to get his new hood and lens.
