This company will slowlt milk you for more money. Before you know it your 2500 dollars into a web design they have barely started. I fought them in the inventory to my store. Very very amatuerish. I waited foe one year and no website even close to being ready After a year i wanted my money back because they have produced any website for me. And completely ignored. And blown off.

Back on August 14, 2024, we hired them to run a marketing campaign for our company, specifically to bring in live transfer calls. From the beginning, Wayne Robson, the representative we were working with, kept delaying the start of the campaign, claiming it would begin “next week” every single time. Months passed, and the campaign never started. We paid them $2,500 upfront, and despite endless promises, we received zero results. Fast forward to December, and we’ve been requesting a refund since September—yet Ambrose and Wayne keep ghosting us. They claim the refund was processed but refuse to provide any proof. It’s clear now that they’ve stolen over $2,500 from us and are avoiding all accountability.This company is unprofessional, unethical, and unreliable. I would not recommend working with them under any circumstances. Save yourself the headache and your hard-earned money—find a company that actually delivers on their promises.

If I could give The Web Design LLC zero stars, I would. I have never been more upset with myself for hiring them. I hired them to do a website with media package and an SEO optimization and everything they said they could do as far as integration was a lie. I had to input every item myself. The images they sent me for approval for my “new and improved logo” had my COMPANY NAME MISPELLED. This happened more than once. Do you honestly think the people leaving this company negative reviews aren’t real? The Web Design LLC are not a legitimate business. BEWARE!!!

As a start-up business owner, I initially believed this website design company would be a great fit for my needs. Unfortunately, I was wrong. This company has proven to be one of the worst I have ever worked with, for several reasons. First and foremost, they lack transparency. After purchasing my package, I received the invoice via text, and subsequent communications were also primarily through text messages—a major red flag. Despite repeatedly requesting proper documentation and a contract agreement, all I was ever directed to was their refund policy on their website. This evasive behavior was frustrating and unprofessional. Another significant issue was the unexpected expenses. The cost estimates were never clear, and the charges kept piling up without prior notice. When I expressed my discomfort and concern about the lack of transparency, the company responded with passive-aggressive behavior, trying to push me further into the project instead of addressing my concerns. The amount of passive-aggressive behavior was shocking. As the client, I felt like I had no agency and felt so diminished. How can a company as big as this one not even write contracts or clearly state what they offer? Additionally, booking a meeting with them was always difficult. I understand that everyone is busy, but for them to always call me on my cell without simply setting up a meeting via email was sketchy. I have never worked with a company where everything is done through text and proper documentation, even upon request, cannot be provided. I was repeatedly told that they would write up a contract, but it never materialized. I knew that when this day came, I would lose everything I invested because there was no contract to hold them accountable. In our final meeting, I made it clear that I wanted to terminate the project due to these issues. Rather than respecting my decision, they persistently tried to bribe me with packages and discounts, disregarding my desire to cut ties. This relentless push to keep me on board, despite my clear discomfort, was highly unprofessional. Their promises of "no more expenses" were consistently broken with sudden additional charges of a few hundred dollars each time. This pattern of hidden costs and constant upselling made it impossible to trust them. In the end, working with this company left me disheartened and feeling defeated. If you are considering using their services, I strongly urge you to be extremely cautious. My recommendation is to look elsewhere, perhaps on platforms like Upwork, where you might find more reliable and transparent freelancers. You live and learn, but my experience with this company has been a costly lesson in what to avoid. Proceed with caution and explore other options before committing to this company.

Complete scam. They will promise something, fail to deliver, then demand more money in order to complete what was originally promised. Do NOT do business with these scammers. They will most likely change their name and find some other slimy ways to scam people, but while their name is webdesignllc, do NOT do business with them.

We bought the ecommerce package and offered to upgrade to the next level which was given unlimited pages. We were told that we would have to purchase a plug in for $1,750 to do what we needed to do, on top of the 1400. So we did some research and this was not the case. We found a developer in one hour that could do it without any "special plug in". End result? They say 100% guarantee satisfaction or your money back. They were rude and unprofessional and said no. No full refund will be given. So major things to know about this company. After leaving a review about fake address they changed the address from the 10th floor to the 5th floor. The attorney at the building has been contacted and they confirmed no such business exist in the building. They lie to try to get extra money out of you and will not refund you. This is a scam website.

This is by far the worst company I have done business with in my 40+ years. This company does not honor their contracts and will hold your project hostage until you pay them more money. In addition this “company” is not registered with the BBB and has no registered business license according to the California Secretary of State’s office. This is only a few of many things wrong with this place! Do not use them!!!! I am very much a legitimately scammed customer by your company not a scam comment by any means. I speak these truths with 100% proof. I stand by my claims. The only illegal part in any of this is this company. If you are truly registered with either entity then I would like to know Under what business name.
