I've had at least 5 orders through Vault in the last 6 weeks. They have all been great, no issues! Other scooter shops list inventory they do not have in stock and then try to do substitutions through email after you've already paid. I have had this happen multiple times with 4 other scooter shops online in the last 6 weeks. Vault has the inventory they show online and that makes the buying experience nice and smooth.
