This company is a SCAM.. just like all the other reviews below, ordered 2 fortnite backpacks on Aug 01/18 - Rec'd shipment notification, but nothing arrived. Emailed company, said they would look into.. no response since. Have since emailed 3 times, with no reply at ALL. This is a TOTAL SCAM!! This company should be sued and hwld liable for refunding all the money they have stolen from customers.

Ordered 2 fortnite backpacks and 2 lunch boxes on 22nd August 2018. Still not shipped out. I have sent numerous emails asking for my money back. Had 1 reply telling me my order would be shipping soon and giving a link to their shipping info. No explanation of the delay, nothing. Bunch of scammers, I'm now out of pocket and my kids haven't got their new bags for school. I am so angry, can't believe it!!

Ordered a fortnite backpack and a fortnite fleece on 8-25-18...it still has not shipped out. I contacted them through email..sent me a link to their policy of shipping..3 days later, still no confirmation of shipping. I just sent another email to them, however, no response... Now, my son is out a backpack and a hoodie...and I feel like I'm ripped off for $80.00. What a scam. DO NOT ORDER OFF THIS WEBSITE!!!

Ordered a Fortnite back back and it never showed. Customer Service is a recording and says to leave a message but just keeps repeating. No way to look up your order on their website. Do not buy from this site
