Hey Llya, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review as these help us improve our service and product. For viewers, you can find our response to this below. This member did not want to put in the time to learn the essential basics of following alerts. Refused to learn how to set limit, take profit, & stop loss orders. He also ignored repeated suggestions to mind his PDT rule, and would get into too many open positions therefore not having any trades left to exit them- so when the signals were in profit, he couldn't close them. Before this user joined us he was reportedly down $18,000 & had been restricted from trading for 90 days for violating PDT rule. Rich took it personally upon himself to mentor & guide him, which is a premium service we provide, for free. He was met with resistance & verbal abuse. User was advised countless times to take the minimal amount of time it takes to learn the basics and replied with responses such as "learning is a waste of time" or "I don't have the time to learn" even though it was made clear that continuing with his methods he would not only continue to take losses, but it would consume his time- is it better to 'waste' time & money, or time with no losses but gaining knowledge? User was under the impression that the "customer is always right" which in this industry & field is false, and is not a practice most businesses still aplly anyways. It's unclear how much the user had lost, and how he played this signal- we presume he went all in on one signal as a "Hail Mary". Whether it was a winning or losing signal is unclear, as he did not specify which one he had followed.
