Pre-ordered funko pops back in November, tracking info showed arrived at shipping distribution center in January and was subsequently lost in mail. $235 order with only $100 of insurance, was shipped with USPS ground advantage when advertised as priority mail. Was told I had to file a missing package claim instead of them issuing a refund. Months went by, claim expired, no replies from company. Class A misdemeanor in most states but I had to eat the cost.

If I could leave one star I would. Order pops and a month later I still haven’t recived my order. No updates, no communication, nothing. I had to reach out just to get an answer. They are missing order. Well if that’s the case don’t promise me a delivery date then make the customer message you asking for information.

Mailed them twice and they dident even bother to awnser me.

The locations that I have visited in Arizona have a wide variety of Funko Pops, Cards and Plush, they are friendly and very kindly. The website also provides a positive experience. I love the Mystery Boxes they do. I really like this company, I recommend it.
