Peter worked diligently to get the Quickbooks Payroll (PS038 error) problem resolved. We set up appointment times for her to call me and work on the software problem. Peter was always on time. This turned out to be a very difficult problem that required several hours to fix, and Peter persisted until the issue was resolved.
