Peter was very helpful and patient with us as he solved our problem with POS. Somehow one of our clients got corrupted, and we tried to download the program on our own, and it just would not work. He was able to find the patch that did the trick and we were back up and running.

I was at my wits end trying to make sense of Quickens platform. Not even their "experts" knew how to pull a profit and loss statement/comparison. As a last resort, I decided to look for help online. A QuickBooks screen froze up on my laptop. I went on line to find recommendations on how to unfreeze QB but nothing worked. I then found The Support Zone and Peter reached out to me to review my issue. He ran diagnostics and resolved the QB problem quickly and patiently worked with me to ensure it would not freeze up again. Peter quickly diagnosed the problem with downloading transactions and patiently worked with my bank to fix it, although the bank took a while. He is very efficient and knowledgeable. I'm glad I called. They really fixed the problem for good.
