Peter was very patient with numerous computer issues that had nothing to do with Quicken, and offered solid advice on next steps. He finally found the solution and implemented it, after a very long phone call he remained pleasant and assuring.

Peter was patient and long-suffering in attempting to repair my problems with Quicken and Billlpay. He finally invoked an "expert" at Quicken who was able to determine that my problem was at his end and not mine. Peter was knowledgeable, patient and polite. I will in future seek his counsel if there are problems with this software.
