Peter Evans, is in India and I am in Texas, and it ended up taking 3 hours, then 5 hours, then finally,days later, another 1 hr once Quick Books repaired my file and I had to purchase new Quick Books; but my file was retrieved successfully. I am very grateful. This saved me having to re enter multiple years of records attempting to re-create our files. Very good job, very supportive of my privacy and my lack of computer "savvy". I would recommend his work.
