The best part of this app is being able… I was able to copy and paste a screenshot to give to the customer service agent about the nature of my question. That is extremely helpful.
The best part of this app is being able to reach someone with a pulse! It is extremely frustrating on the other dating apps that there is no live chat. And sending them an email usually generates from a stock of responses. The response time was acceptable and I sent it at 12:30 at night. Points! I did get a solution but it was a bit roundabout. Most the dating apps have a users guide which is much more quickly navigated than the FAQs. so far I’ve learned things by trial and error. It’s been frustrating but if you poke around enough you can end up finding out an answer usually.
