Really great experience! Brandon was available for me quickly, was available for multiple calls and responded to emails fast. 100% recommend and extremely worth having an expert in your corner to strategize your negotiation communications.

I couldn't have done it without Brandon and his coaching all along the way. Brandon helped me negotiate a new director level job offer which I thought was going to be difficult, but his coaching and ghost writing of emails made everything run like clockwork! He knows what scenarios you may face and makes sure you are well prepared for all of them. He looked at the entire picture (salary, RSUs, benefits, etc.) and helped improve my offer significantly. I even received a sign-on bonus, which I had not expected or even thought about!

Having Brandon support me in my contract negotiation was everything I hoped it would be. I highly recommend him. He helped me increase the offer and gave me confidence that I was getting good compensation. His pricing was clear and extremely good value. I looked at one other service and the pricing was almost 10x. Brandon was attentive and available. He understood the time sensitive nature and made himself available to review incoming communication and draft responses. He coaches you thoroughly on what to expect and how to respond. He provides you blurbs to use when communicating verbally. He drafts written responses and supports you putting your own tone on them before sending. After using Brandon once, using him again is a no-brainer.

Brandon helped me close my offer on a financial institution. He was always available starting the pre-negotiation to the closing of the offer. I always felt in control of the process because of his timely and well-thought advice. Highly recommend.

Gives you the tools, scripts, and understanding to negotiate a better TC. Their availability and helpfulness made it completely worth it. Don't go into negotiations alone.
