The Salary NegotiatorReviews of thesalarynegotiator.com

Brandon worked with me to improve my offer, and was very thorough with his research and guiding me through each step through emails and phone calls. I would highly recommend him!

Brandon was an excellent resource throughout my complex negotiation process. He was incredibly knowledgeable and provided me with timely, expert guidance which led to an almost 30% increase from the initial offer. Would recommend The Salary Negotiator and Brandon to anyone who's moving to a new job!

I was looking for someone laser-focused on salary negotiation, so it was an easy decision to work with the Salary Negotiator. They did all the heavy lifting of researching comps and helped me navigate all the ancillary bonus and stock option business that I knew nothing about. The fee was more than reasonable. They definitely pay for themself with the bump in TC I was able to get, plus I had complete peace of mind throughout the whole process.

Brandon was able to secure me an amazing signing bonus. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about getting the best possible outcome. Extremely responsive. His approach sets up negotiations for success and leverage.

Brandon provided excellent help in negotiating two job offers. Having him on my side took away a lot of stress and saved me a ton of time. He provided very well researched objective feedback on expected salary ranges. His step-by-step guidance was extremely effective in getting me >$80k improvement (year 1) in one of the offers. He even helped me navigate offer extensions and politely turn down the job I did not choose while keeping my professional relationships intact. Without his expert insight and valuable work, I would have had a hard time navigating this situation on my own. If you need someone in your team during job offer negotiation and evaluation, I whole heartedly recommend The Salary Negotiator.

I'd fully recommend the Salary Negotiator's services! Brandon provided excellent support and very helpful information, from the beginning to end of the salary negotiations. Even though we were in completely different time zones, Brandon was extremely responsive and answered all my questions. We succeeded in significantly improving the initial offer.

The Salary Negotiator was SUCH an asset when switching roles. As a candidate, it's so hard to know whether you're getting a fair offer. They made sure I did. They coached me through all of the hard parts and tough questions, told me what to ask for, and made the whole negotiation process smooth sailing. And you only pay a fraction of the increase they get you so there's no reason not to do it. You're paying them with money they got you. It's all upside.

The Salary Negotiator, Brandon, is an invaluable wealth of knowledge you need on your side when navigating salary negotiation. We connected during my interview processes, after a failed salary discussion with a recruiter left me ghosted. Brandon then helped me set myself up to succeed from the initial HR screening. Every step of the way he was available to answer questions, and to no surprise he was ALWAYS spot on! As such, when an offer was presented, he helped me successfully negotiate a higher salary! I came to Brandon with poor and out-dated negotiation tactics and left with a new job, higher salary, and the tools to success in the future (though, I will no doubt connect with Brandon in future negotiations). I cannot recommend this service enough!
