About Therma Shield Solar Control

As the premier provider of high quality window film installation for the Spokane metro area and the Inland Northwest, Therma Shield Solar Control has been proudly serving our clients for over twenty five years with integrity and unmatched customer service. I will be personally installing your window film because I feel you should benefit from my 28+ years of window tinting experience. Don't settle for less!I believe in treating my customers the way that I like to be treated. To me, that means treating them with honesty and integrity, promptly returning calls or emails, showing up at the time and date agreed upon, and doing the best possible window tint installation for the agreed upon price. I am sure that you will be delighted with your window film installation, but if you are not--for any reason--I will work with you until you are. I back up my work with a "no questions asked" lifetime workmanship warranty. At Therma Shield Solar Control, "customer service" is more than just a catch-phrase. We specialize in flat-glass filming because automotive window tinting is very different from residential and commercial window tinting. Many of my competitors deal primarily in auto tinting and offer residential filming "on the side". I have always felt it best to specialize in flat glass window filming, and thereby offer my clients the best possible installation quality and attention to detail. Call (509) 466-3975 for your free estimate today! For your protection, I encourage you to make sure that any window film contractor you consider hiring is properly Licensed, Bonded, and Insured. A Great Product- A Great Experience
Therma Shield provided excellent service. The staff is friendly, nice, accommodating, flexible and professional. The window film gives us the effect we desired with less glare and heat plus the bonus of reducing UV rays that fade our furnishings. Therma Shield worked neatly and left our home as they found it too. We would not hesitate to have them back or to recommend them to others. A fantastic product provided by excellent professionals.

All I can say about Alex and Laura is …
All I can say about Alex and Laura is wow. They personify the power of small business by using quality products and professional service. I wish there were more companies like this. Our situation is we live in a long developed neighborhood and they recently started putting in homes next to us and ran a driveway along our property line, only 20 feet from our master bath picture window. when looking for privacy solutions that would allow us to save our natural light, I stumbled upon Therma Shield from a Google search. After reading the about the products online and knowing they are dedicated to flat glass building tinting only, the choice was easy to make. when you realize that window tinting is your solution, these are the people to go with. especially as new construction on small lots it putting homes window to window eight feet apart. You won't be sorry.

David, Thank you for taking a moment to let us know your thoughts about our service and film. It was pleasure meeting both you and Nancy, and I'm sure that you will get years of additional privacy, as well as heat and glare reduction from the Panorama Slate 10 film we installed on your master bathroom picture window. No one likes living in a fishbowl, and we hope you enjoy your new film. Please let us know if we can assist you in the future. Thank you, Alex and Laura

Jim and Jennifer, Thank you for taking a moment to share your thoughts. We pride ourselves on performing well on the customer service basics - communicating clearly, being punctual, doing the best possible installation, and giving good support after the job is done. We are sure that is the way it is supposed to be done, but apparently, it is still a mystery to some of our competitors. We look forward to working with you on Suite #202. Thank you, Alex

These folks exemplify professionalism through and through! They were considerate and courteous the entire time they were installing the product. I am so happy with the solar film... it's doing its job beyond my expectations! I would recommend anyone with sun issues to contact them and have the product applied!

Sharon, Thank you for taking a moment to share your thoughts. You absolutely needed window film on the windows that you had us film and the Panorama Slate 10 you had installed stops 79% of radiant heat, 88% of glare, and 99% of UV "fade" rays. We are so pleased that you are loving your new window film. Please be sure to let us know if we can help you in the future. Thank you, Alex and Laura
