I had a really great experience buying blue light blocking glasses from TheraSpecs. I ended up having to exchange the pair I ordered due to sizing, and the staff was so friendly and helpful in helping me pick a different style. They paid for all the shipping both ways, and any time I contacted them, they responded promptly, professionally, and were so helpful and personal--definitely no AI. I also love that they take FSA payments. I would absolutely recommend them based on their service alone, but the glasses I received were nice too!

I have ordered six pairs of Theraspecs--three non-prescription and three prescription lenses with my own frames. In general, the lenses really work. But, when trying to get prescription lenses, there are some issues. With two of my prescription lenses with my own frames, the wrong darkness of Pro-41 was sent, but I kept them, because I really needed them. However, with the prescription sunglasses with my provided frames, it's taken months and the wrong product has been sent twice now. The first time, they sent the wrong lenses, wrong shape and wrong size and the second time, they sent the wrong lenses. It has taken MONTHS to try to get the sunglasses.

I do not recommend this company. First they sent me the wrong pair of glasses, then they refused to honor the warranty by blaming me for following their instructions of using a mild soap to clean them. These are not quality frames nor customer service. Save your money

I have ordered two pairs of theraspecs to the UK as no where else does these glasses to support my light sensitivity and hemiplegic migraines , after paying and waiting for shipping I received an email saying I had to pay £88 tax to get them delivered. This shocked me as there was no revenant information on their site regarding an estimation on how much the tax will be, if your thinking of buying theraspecs and from the United Kingdom it would be best to try find an alternative as I had already spent nearly £400 before paying tax , therefore my grand total being just under £500 for glasses which are needed medically rather then it being something I actually want to pay out of pocket for in the first place.

I have autism and suffer from photophobia and I ordered theraspecs and they have helped a lot. No more headaches. Thank you

Lenses are very comfortable. However the frame feels very cheap considered the price you pay.
