Theranest is easy to use, a few suggestions
Theranest is easy to use. The email and text reminders are inexpensive and convenient. The Telehealth service is much cheaper than other providers (best deal for larger practices). The biggest issue I have with Theranest is that it does not give options or alternatives for solo practitioners in terms of pricing for various features. One would think that having a very low volume compared to the large practices would warrant different pricing options for the monthly subscription as well as Telehealth services. I would also like to see changeable categories for the initial assessments and the ability to add miscellaneous sections.
