pretty good, some slow downs with the new upgrade
Overall the program and website is good but with the recent changes it seems a little slower on my computer and sometimes seems to freeze. I think the changes are good but the cursor is slower to change into the clickable hand-with-finger so that is disappointing. There are more glitches when I reschedule appointments than in years past.

The improvements overall have made a…
The improvements overall have made a few things or user intuitive, I would just request to balance improvements with allowing users to master what currently exists. Sometimes it feels like constantly chasing getting “comfortable “ with such systems.

This site if far better than CareLogic
This site if far better than CareLogic, which I used for over a decade. It is not perfect, particularly when trying to reschedule an appointment to another day/time or scheduling appointments for multiple sessions.

In one of my private practices that I…
In one of my private practices that I work for, when the last update happened, it blew out all of the credit card information of our clients and we had to contact each one of them to reload it. I don’t know if it was our error when registering cc’s or what?
