My response to Rainmaker's Response to my initial review: I firmly stand by my assertion that the Rainmaker 10k pay day guarantee is boldly deceptive and disingenuous. No doubt, this guarantee is a huge selling point for other customers (mostly women as you so aptly frame your marketing toward) and I find it incredibly hard to believe that you have 90% of new students on track to launch their product (live on Amazon) within the 6 month window. There are a myriad of comments on your private Facebook group (I have personally taken screenshots of several) of people who say that 6 months to launch is impossible and it’s only after you sign on that you understand the breadth of depth of the work (and financial responsibility) that goes into this undertaking. I would ask you to prove that 90% of your “new students” are on track to launch within 6 months but I know that would only be inviting another “untruth” from a company who has built their business on them. I would also posit from your demeaning response that you are trying to push the responsibility of wrongdoing on me; however, that would blame shifting and something else that I would posit that Rainmaker excels at. So, again…according to the terms of the 10k Pay Day Guarantee, the guarantee is only valid when the first product is launched,“Within the first 6 months of joining our Mastermind”. After understanding the breadth and depth of product launching on Amazon I now understand what a timely process this is. One would assert that a sizable percentage of “Rainmakers” don’t launch within 6 months thus nullifying your obligation to provide any guarantees; I would also assert that your guarantee is a ruse for optics only, designed to instill false confidence in consumers’ substantive investment. Additionally, in looking very closely through the terms of the guarantee, you address many prerequisites for eligibility, most of which are additional monetary investments. Including but not limited to: Helium 10 research software ($50 a month), Done For You Product Research ($3000) “2nd eyes'' session (for either $247 or $1497), private coaching ($247 a session) , trademarks ($250+), patents, LLC formation ($499+), Brand registry, sample purchasing ($100+), professional photos, bulk product purchasing (thousands),and shipping costs (thousands) etc; all aforementioned items come at a sizable investment and all of which were not communicated prior to the initial investment. While one would be foolish to assume that starting a business does not come with costs, your 10k Pay Day Guarantee lacks transparency of projected cost and assumption of financial risk on the part of the consumer. Even if a Rainmaker launches within 6 months, thousands more, beyond the initial investment, will need to be invested and that is clearly not communicated.

Please do not fall for this company! They seem so genuine and caring but it is the opposite. They put profits before people constantly. I like others fell for the scam that anyone can hop into amazon and make their dreams come true. Not only is that not true AT ALL but the Rainmaker Program is full of plot holes, or just flat out WRONG information. To be honest I bet NO ONE at the company has had a successful product on amazon since 2019, including the owners. They are killing it on the social media and partnership game, which is how they are scamming so many people. I would be way happier if they pivoted and sold people on marketing because that IS ACTUALLY something they know about. At least then they could be in integrity with their business. But Amazon is not their strong suit. All the times they brag that they can travel the world is NOT on amazon money. It is from scamming honest people out of their money. After investing over 15,000 dollars I have moved on to finding a company that could help me salvage my investment. I have interviewed several and here is what they have ALL told me. Amazon is a gamble. It is not for the faint of heart. You need over $50,000 to spend, that you may or may not lose in order to get started. You need to want to be in this for the long haul, to build a brand. You should be willing to pay over $1500 a month for PPC. Not just anyone can hop into the Amazon game, it it not the windfall people are hoping for. Out of every 5 products you try you may get 1 to take off and make it worth it. ALL THINGS the Rainmaker family say the opposite for. I have talked to a lot of other clients, and past employees. The success rate of the mastermind is incredibly low. The company is ACTIVELY manipulating sales knowing full well they CAN NOT fulfill. In the mastermind they promise to help you for a year, but if you comment on the fb page that you need help or things aren't adding up they delete your comment, or remove you from the group entirely. RUN AWAY! As fast as you can.

This 'program' is such a scam. I feel so horrible for not only myself, but for the people that fell for this sales pitch. It's incredibly expensive, they offer an add-on of a Done For You product, that in my experience, my own Coach didn't agree with the initial submissions. There was no communication for months after purchasing the add-on, the coaching ended prior to that, massive confusion about what the coaching actually entails, and from the moment you click to purchase you are being set up for failure. People then realized what a scam the DFY product is and tried selling what they purchased to try and recoup some of their money, and they were shut right down. I can see a class action suit in the future due to the deception of the process. When admitted into the FB group, you will see hundreds of posts disappear when people complain about how they are failing, losing money, getting scammed, or having issues with the DFY product. It makes me so sad to see how people have been taken advantage of. There will be posts like "you just need to have a persistent and winning attitude" - which is silly. I didn't end up creating a product even though I had what I feel are valid ideas because the amount of people failing is SIGNIFICANT. You will see people who launched a product and only break even. They try to say that you have enough time to get a refund if you follow the launch and the truth of the matter is very few people can launch in time due to a large variety of factors outside of their control. The fact that they push people to get credit cards and put things on credit - yikes - they are really doing a disservice.

If I could give this program 0 stars, I would. I am a professional and business owner of multiple successful companies. My family recently started traveling fulltime and we were looking to add some additional income streams. Here is where the Rainmaker Challenge comes in. They promise you the moon, cry on camera and they are promoting to stay at home moms that want more time with their families. After Covid, so many are craving this as we just learned how precious that time is. We are told about the possible successes, but there is actually not a lot of transparency. Sure they will tell you and show you the gross income, but never will discuss the net income of these rainmakers. Once you invest a little, there are more and more tools, resources, etc that you have to invest in to get to the next step. There are techniques promoted in the course that are against Amazon terms and conditions, and many things about business that should be discussed that are not. I have started several businesses and a non-profit, so I understand what starting a business looks like, this is not it. Then they gaslight you and tell you you are the problem if you run into challenges. There are many things in the program that are not honest or in integrity. Our experience overall was horrendous and I hope that no one else every has to experience what we did. Edited to Respond: We have emailed, we have messaged the owners, we have explained in detail with screenshots the issues and the request to be refunded and it has gotten nowhere. The success stories are few and far between and even those have behind-the-scenes information that is not sharing the entire truth (again, I have details and screenshots to support this). Honesty, integrity, and transparency are what create long-term success in business. Dozens (if not hundreds, I have only personally spoken to dozens) of moms and families have been poorly affected by this program and our comments, our sharing of our experience, our expression of what we would like to see changed has been censored and belittled.

I was excited until my card was charged for something which I did not order nor was I aware of. I selected the challenge, the workbook, was followed by the $197 charge and then received an email that I was also charged for $97. A charge that I did not authorize. I do not feel comfortable when my credit card is charged for something that I did not approve of. How are we to start when day 1 this occurs? Doesn't give me a lot of trust if my card is charged for something which I did not know about. How the heck did this happen? There was no $97 button on the page at all to submit? I want no part in something that is going to start off on the wrong foot. You should look at your computer kinks because I can't explain this away......?

Be very careful everyone. I signed up for the 7 day challenge but since then my baby got sick and I could not participate on their time frame therefore I bought the lifetime one (so I could do in my own time). I was doing very Litle when I could. But trying to read the Facebook group comments at bed time to learn what I could from others experience. I saw a message of one of the members about the time consuming and money that you need to really start making your investment back. One of the members wrote a very detailed message about her experience and it was very eye opening. The next day I try going back to that message so I could organize myself. I was still motivated to do it however was going to organize my time better and wait my daughter to get better and finish my nursing school to come back to it. When I searched the message was not there no more ao I wrote a comment on the group asking where was the message and if it was deleted that we should not be ok with that since we all want to get a better understanding where we are placing our time and money on and also learn from other struggles to learn from It. My message got a loooot of comments or people telling that they were deleting other posts as well and we wanted to change that. The comments were all very respectful just an options being voiced to make a change. For my surprise I got QUICK OUT of the group WITH NO explanation whatsoever. This is crazy!!!!! I ALERT EVERYONE be very careful, people are taking credit cards debts and not being able to get out of it, the time consuming is much more than they sell according to members that I read the messages before they could delete. And also their mastermind program is 6 THOUSAND DOLLARS. I am sure it works if you have time and money which is the opposite of what they advertised.

I also got scammed... I feel so dumb and have wasted my family's earned money on a scam to get other people rich. If you dont have 20K laying around or are not willing to go that far into debt for an unknown amount of time DO NOT DO THIS. They encourage you to get credit cards, loans, etc. They tell you that the initial investment is up to you and there are options for all levels but that is far from the truth. I am almost 10K in and have not even purchases inventory, pics, shipping, the list goes on and on. They recommend PRIME corp services for Taxes and such, they wanted 2K more PLUS a monthly fee. Another 2k if you want to build your Padex so you dont have to have all of this debt on your own credit. I wish I would have seen THESE reviews before I put my family in debt thinking this was a good program.

Signed up for this program because I thought I would get to understand how to be a vendor on Amazon and have a coach to walk me through the process. Instead, once I paid $5800 (actually at first $7800 for the product they say is “done for you” which it’s not but that’s a whole other ball of wax), and was able to look behind the curtain of this operation I realized it was completely not what was advertised and asked for a refund (even a partial refund) only to be told time and time again it was non refundable. The entire marketing campaign run by this organization is not only misleading but it is predatory and taking advantage of mostly mothers just looking to contribute to their households financially. They sell you the idea that you can make $$ during nap time but instead of being taught useful information you have to dig and sift through hours of motivational videos and testimonies from other “rainmakers” to be given bits and pieces of information. No one can actually assist you with certainty on the Amazon platform and the coaches are just former “rainmakers” who have been recruited to continue to build on the rainmaker empire. There is no 1:1 coaching - you’re thrown into a slack channel with a handful of other people in hopes to gain bits of useful information while everyone is throwing ideas at the wall in unison. This program is a scam. I’d like my money back so I can use it on something productive. Updating to reply to rainmaker: please do not give me the BS that refunds are made in the timeframe. You can barely get through the first slew of inspirational videos within the timeframe that you allow a refund. This is by design so by the time someone realizes they signed up to buy snake oil it would be too late for the refund. And you hope I will reach out? I have. I will continue to write reviews to save more people from making this mistake. No matter what was signed, the details of what I was told on the sales call is not what I got.
