The Activation Method was a great experience. It really taught me a lot about how I wasn't showing up the right way for my wife and how she was responding to that. It's refreshing to know that the bulk of the issues in my relationship were caused by me, because that means I can change it. The Powerful Man showed me how to do that. The coaches are great, and Lee Jack is probably the best thing that's happened to Scotland since whiskey was officially classified as breakfast.

Amazing group of men that provide a very safe and confidential sounding board to help resolve issues that so many men struggle with in life. This was the kickstart that I needed to work toward a better me.

I got so much more out of this program than I expected . The activation method gave me structure and purpose that helped start me on the path of personal development with accountability and support from an amazing coach and group of men . I started to take more ownership and accountability for my situation and shifted from a victim to a creator mindset . This had an immediate impact on my relationships at home and at work . Attended the Alpha Reset in the Lake District in UK and I still consider that three day event the most powerful impactful experience of my entire life. It helped me understand who I AM at a core level and gave me an indescribable sense of self love and confidence that has had a lasting change on the way I see everyone and everything in the world . Two years in the Brotherhood including a few months in the inner circle with Brotherhood retreats in Banff and Argentina and an opportunity to volunteer at an Alpha Reset has been an amazing journey of continued growth with support and genuine friendship from incredible men from all around the world . Thank you Tim , Doug , Arthur , Franco , both Marks , Brad , and all the many other amazing men (and a few women Mo , Sophia , Erin ) that have had a direct positive impact on me in this movement .

I really enjoyed the program and will be moving onto the next program called the brotherhood. The activation method gave me a ton of tools and weekly accountability to truly make a difference. Being the “nice” guy isn’t going to work. In fact it has the opposite effect. I learned that over the past 8 weeks doing the Activation Method. TPM and specifically my coach Mike Brown, provided me with a set of tools and advice on how to bring me and my relationship to a much better place. It’s worth it!
