The Points TraderReviews of thepointstrader.com

Karan was very helpful. Good experience.

quick and very helpful!

The Points Trader provides a simple and straight forward process, with good communication and transparency / real-time status on both money and points transfer. The quality of service was excellent. I will use them again and would refer their team without reservation.

It was one of the most efficient and trustworthy experience online. Karan at The Points Trader was quick, almost 24/7 in response and giving heads up; very efficient delivery of payment/mileage. Could not ask for more.

Fast and professional transaction. Thank you very much

I am from Brazil and was not sure if I could trust or not the system. But everything was very fast and professional. I got the miles the day after they got my payment, with no issues. I got very fast contact throught email. Efficient. Excelent.

It's always bit nerving sending thousands of dollars first for the promise of points few days later! No credit card charge allowed but a straight wire from your bank account, not to an escrow account but to a unknown company operating as a DBA. But I took the plunge after speaking with a great sales rep - Karan! And bought 300K miles! End result is a First Class RT from NY- Singapore for thousands less than what I would have paid for the lowest fare Business Class. But before recommending to a close friend, with bit of research and help from the staff, I was able to find out that the parent company Platea Inc is a large printing and media company headquartered in California. I'm assuming their staff flies around a lot and found a way to save money on travel and launched a division. So, for all my long-distance travel, I'm going with Points Trader! Eliot K
