Despite the multiple attempts I made to make the payment required towards my purchase (100,000 Miles), my financial service provider declined the transaction due the failure of SMS verification. Karan, a highly professional and supportive personnel from the Ponts Trader, took me through a step by step approach to resolve the payment issues. Moreover, karan was following up with me daily to ensure that the payment process was completed successfully. On e the transfer of payment was made, Karan immediately acknowledged the receipt of payment and accurately guided me on the settings required to be done on my Emirates Skywards Account prior to the transfer of Miles.
