Bought 2 different cases for my Pixel 10 Pro. Both broke with light usage within 1 month of purchase. Products are cheap and a waste of money, even if they look good.

The pixel 10 fold pro case kickstand leaves a lot to be desired. First it covers part of the screen if you want to do picture mode and second it doesn't sit flat so the kickstand will not support the phone if opened fully. Am I doing something wrong here?

The case looks and feels decent, probably not worth the high price tag though. The reason I give it such a low review is the side buttons feel absolutely awful on it. There's very little give to the buttons so you have to squeeze harder than normal to use your volume/power. And with how much resistance there is, it's nearly impossible to feel the click of the button. Wouldn't recommend buying from them.

Hi Ryan, This is fair feedback, and honestly, you've highlighted something that matters more than most people realize. A phone case is something you interact with dozens of times a day. If the buttons feel stiff, require extra force, and don't provide proper tactile feedback, that quickly becomes frustrating no matter how good the case looks. What's interesting is that you actually gave credit where it was due: The case looks good The overall build feels decent But the button experience was bad enough to outweigh those positives. That tells us this isn't really a cosmetic issue — it's a usability issue. On some models, tighter button tolerances can happen when we prioritize a secure fit, but if you have to squeeze significantly harder than normal and can't feel a clear click, then the balance is wrong. We'd like to investigate whether this is: A defective unit A batch-specific tolerance issue Or something we need to redesign entirely Please reach out to [email protected] with your order number and mention this review. We'd be happy to review your case and find a better solution. Quick context: We built The Pixel Case because Pixel users deserve accessories designed specifically for their devices. That means not only protection and aesthetics, but also preserving the everyday experience of using the phone. If basic interactions like volume and power buttons become frustrating, then we've missed the mark. Thank you for the honest feedback. It's exactly the kind of detail that helps improve future versions. — Madison The Pixel Case Team

Mine broke day one. Latch was weak and the metal bent. Had to go back to my old case.

Very long delivery time, bad quality of the case. Got the aluminum MagSafe case, but my phone have gotten marks from the case on the sides. And the backside covers the camera lenses but let's small dust to get in. So 2 times per week I need to get the phone out of the case to clean it.. Would definitely not recommend Tried talking with customer service but they haven't even bothered with a response

Hi Tommy, We’ll be direct — if the case is leaving marks on the phone, collecting dust around the camera area, and requires removing the phone multiple times per week just to clean it, then that’s not a good daily-use experience. You mentioned several important points: Long shipping time Marks appearing on the sides of the phone Dust entering around the camera protection No response from customer service And the dust issue is especially important because the purpose of camera protection is to reduce worry, not create extra maintenance. Having to remove your phone twice a week to clean trapped particles is not normal and can actually create more friction and wear over time. On the marks around the sides: If dust or debris gets trapped between the case and the device edges, it can create rubbing points over time. But regardless of the cause, the end result for you is the same: the case should protect the phone, not create new concerns. And on support — contacting us and receiving no reply is not acceptable. Please email [email protected] again and mention this review directly. We’d like to: Review the fit and camera protection issue Offer a replacement with a different design if available Or provide a proper resolution if you no longer want the product Reality: A case should reduce maintenance and increase confidence. If it creates extra cleaning, marks, and frustration, we need to improve both the design and support experience. We appreciate the detailed feedback. — Madison The Pixel Case Team

Cheap case from China. Nothing special. case has words misspelled and the quality is poor. Not worth the price.
Response from ThepixelcaseMay 16, 2026
Hi Benjamin, We’ll be direct — misspelled text on a case should never pass quality control. That alone hurts trust immediately. And if the product overall felt cheap and not worth the price, then we clearly missed the mark for you. A few things to clarify: We operate with both US and China warehouses, depending on stock and variant availability. But regardless of where it ships from, the product still needs to feel premium and properly finished. If it doesn’t, that’s on us. The typo/misspelling especially is something we take seriously because it points to a QC failure that should have been caught before shipping. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue — we’d like to: Replace the unit with a corrected version Or offer a refund if you’d rather not continue with it Reality: A premium-looking product online has to match the product in hand. If details like wording and finish break that illusion, the experience falls apart fast. We appreciate the honest feedback and will use it to tighten QC further. — Madison The Pixel Case Team
